The membership year is September 1 - August 31. There is a $50 fee for each director/school that may be paid via PayPal (debit card, credit card or PayPal account) or with a school purchase order. Personal checks are not accepted. |
Retired directors and first year teachers receive a complimentary membership - no fee. |
Collegiate music education majors interested in becoming a band director, also receive a complimentary membership. |
2024-2025 Private Teacher Listing Application |
For a $10 fee, private teachers may be listed in the IBA directory and receive a copy of the directory and all email updates about events, deadlines, and corrections to the audition music. Each private teacher is asked to indicate the instruments they teach, the schools and/or geographic area they serve and if they would be open to virtual lessons for students not in their area. The membership year is September 1 - August 31. The $10 fee may be paid via PayPal (debit card, credit card or PayPal account) Students will still enter IBA events through their band director. |
